Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Loan Consultant at Sulfa Group located in Dubai.

Sales Personal Loans & Credit card

1. Sales and Promotion:

Promote personal loan products and services to customers.

Achieve sales targets and goals set by the management.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

Assess client needs and provide suitable loan products.

Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

3. Documentation and Compliance:

Assist clients in completing loan applications and gathering necessary documentation.

Ensure all loan applications comply with the bank's policies and regulatory requirements.

4. Market Research:

Stay updated on market trends and competitor products.

Provide feedback to the management on market conditions and customer preferences.

Qualifications

• Loan Officers and Loan Origination skills
• Finance and Loans knowledge
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze financial information and assess creditworthiness
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience in the banking and sales or financial industry is a plus
