Job Description
Maintains personnel files in compliance with Egyptian labor law.
Communicate and follow up with governmental entities(Labor Office/Social Insurance Office).
Good Knowledge of Labor office & Social Insurance offices procedures and transactions.
Monitor employee attendance
Process employees queries and respond in a timely manner
Handling employees Leaves based on labor law & keeping an updated employee's leave balance on a daily basis.
Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
Receives and processes personnel forms.
Assist in the orientation process of new hires.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Males are preferred.
BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Certificates will be a plus.
Good command of English
Good organizational and time management skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position.
Strong ability in using MS Office.
