Job Description:
- Maintains personnel files in compliance with Egyptian labor law.
- Having the know-how of Payroll Processing: Calculate and process payroll, including accurate calculation of wages, tax regulations, deductions, and benefits.
- Communicate and follow up with governmental entities (Labor Office/Social Insurance Office) as well as preparing and submitting required reports and documentation to regulatory authorities as needed.
- Good knowledge of Labor Office & Social Insurance Office procedures and transactions as well as the ability to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor employee attendance.
- Process employees queries and respond in a timely manner.
- Handle employees leaves based on labor law & keep an updated employee leave balance on a daily basis.
- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.
- Receive and process personnel forms.
- Assist in the orientation process of new hires.
Job Requirements:
BSc/BA in Business Administration or a relevant field (HR certificates are a plus).
Good command of English.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in the same position.
Strong MS Office skills.
Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
