Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and ensure confidentiality of employee records.
Address HR-related employee inquiries and assist with hiring and termination processes.
Track employee absences and issue legal warnings as needed.
Collaborate with the payroll team for accurate salary transactions and conduct payroll audits.

Profile:
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
