Job Description
Receiving and implementing daily influences from departments, implementing them electronically, and ensuring that the forms are completed for approvals to issue the salary without error.
Supporting the recruitment procedures to receive the hiring documents and coordinate between departments.
Coordination regarding the issuance of employment contracts and follow-up on renewal notices and termination cases to ensure the continuation of work in a legal way.
Follow up on cases of interruptions by reviewing the fingerprint outputs to avoid paying the salary to the interrupted employee and take appropriate legal action.
Correspondence with disconnected employees and keep the assets of the acknowledgment recorders to ensure that the employee exits in the legal way and avoid employee complaints.
Issuing the hiring letters and confirming the existence of the budget approval for the employee joining the company to allow and control costs.
Issuing monthly reports (attendance sheet- new hires list - liquidation list - sanctions list - insurance statement - health insurance statement - contract statement - transportation statement and issuance of subscriptions - additional hours and required credits).
Follow up the regularity of vacation balances compared with the policy issued in this regard and ensure their conformity with the balances on the human resources system.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or a related area.
1- 3 years of experience in a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Organized and detail-oriented.
