- Manage the day to day operations of pest control technicians
Ensure the performance of the team is managed in line with the role expectations
- Conduct technical meeting with clients and solve the complaints by identifying the issues
Provide trainings to the pest control technicians- Good communication skill in English and capable enough to prepare reports
DM supervisor ID card is requiredTechnical Skills
- Advanced knowledge of pest control
Experience in all aspects of pest control: General pest control, termite control, bird control and rodent and reptile control
Experience Profile- Minimum 3-5 years in a supervisors position in UAE
