The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
- Experience in the operation, maintenance and design of the petrochemical and refining process of complex hydrocarbon based refining and petrochemical processing plant
- Driving the continuous improvement and optimization of processes to maximize safety, quality and productivity.
- Analyzing plant performance and proposing as well as implementing processes to improve the consistency of operations.
- Performing maintenance, overhaul and repair.
- Testing and validation of repair work to ensure quality.
- Overseeing all aspects of the daily operations of the plant to ensure it is running efficiently, safely and cost effectively.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 20 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Industrial and Utilities.
- You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
