Job Summary:

The Branch Operation Supervisor (Pharmacist Manager) is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing essential operations related to inventory management, product distribution to customers, and ensuring proper storage and distribution practices.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise the timely distribution of goods in coordination with the distribution department and warehouse manager.

Monitor the implementation of the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) system during order preparation in the stores.

Ensure adherence to quality systems outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) within the stores.

Monitor and record refrigerator and storage temperatures, along with maintaining relevant reports.

Manage the registration process with the Ministry of Health as the pharmacy manager for branch stores.

Monitor Ministry of Health communications regarding products and oversee their withdrawal from customers.

Collaborate with the distribution department head to track and collect cash payments from distributors.

Job Specification:

Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical sciences.

Registration as a manager.

Up to 3 years of experience.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Proficient in English communication.

Team player with excellent leadership and communication skills.
