Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Photographer/Videographer to produce high-quality visual content for our properties. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent technical skills, and a passion for storytelling through photography and videography. This role involves capturing, editing, and delivering engaging visuals that will be used across various platforms, including our website, social media, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Photography: Capture high-resolution images of properties, both interiors and exteriors, ensuring that they highlight the key features and aesthetics of the spaces.

Videography: Produce dynamic video content that showcases properties, including walkthroughs, aerial shots, and promotional videos.

Editing: Edit photos and videos using professional software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects) to enhance quality and ensure consistency with brand standards.

Content Management: Organize and maintain a library of visual assets for easy access and use by the marketing team.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand content needs and ensure that all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Creative Input: Contribute creative ideas for photo shoots and video content, staying current with industry trends and best practices.

Equipment Maintenance: Manage and maintain photography and videography equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.

Client Interaction: Occasionally interact with property owners and clients during shoots, ensuring a professional and respectful approach.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience as a Photographer/Videographer, preferably in the real estate or luxury sector.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in photography and videography equipment, including DSLRs, drones, and gimbals. Strong knowledge of lighting, composition, and color theory.

Software Proficiency: Expertise in editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

Creativity: Strong creative vision with the ability to produce visually compelling content that aligns with brand aesthetics.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in capturing and editing visual content.

Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is MANDATORY.
