We are looking to hire a Photographer & Videographer. The ideal candidate should be able to add value from a content-creation perspective for multiple in-house, be able to create custom short and long videos and conduct photo shoots, among other responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct photo shoots (product shots, portraits, social media, creative, etc).
- Create custom short and long videos (events, product knowledge, social media, lifestyle, etc).
- Excellent photo/video editing skills required.
- Support in event production as needed.
- Create designs and projects per marketing department requirements
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Capture excellent images in a variety of settings
- Capture video and stills for promotional materials
- Conduct video and photo shoots of talent for social media
- Understand the strategy and art direction of the shoot and have a clear vision on to execute
- Insure technicalities associated with the Videographer/Photographer's responsibilities
- Insure correct camera gear and lighting equipment are available and ready
- Edit photos and videos after shoots and work with team to ensure quality of product
- Amend projects after feedback
- Ensure projects are visually appealing and on-brand
Job profile:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in photography and videography
- Neat, clean and well-groomed appearance

- Strong photo editing and retouching skills
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere)
- Extensive knowledge of camera, lighting and composition
- Ready and willing to lift heavy photo equipment, set pieces and props
- Should have a good awareness for what moments to capture on set and prioritize well
- Knowledgeable with social media and able to broadcast our mission/vision
- Willingness and ability to travel to capture projects and company events
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
