The MEA (Middle East and Africa) region is a dynamic and fast paced part of the global firm, marked by entrepreneurial spirit and rapid growth. To support this expansion, we are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated multimedia specialist to join our dynamic, fast-paced, and multidisciplinary team within Knight Frank MEA's Residential Transactions service line. Based in the Middle East, this role will oversee all visual and digital content across our platforms, blending creative vision with meticulous attention to detail to ensure all materials align with our brand guidelines.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, with exceptional skills in writing, presentation, communication, and social media. They will bring fresh ideas and innovative thinking, elevating our content to resonate powerfully with diverse audiences.
Responsibilities:
Real Estate Media
- Capture high-quality photography and videography for all residential properties, demonstrating expertise in lighting, camera movement, and drone operation.
- Adapt and refine shoot scenes as needed, ensuring each property is presented in its best light.
- Deliver all captured content within 48 hours, maintaining a swift turnaround for all projects.
- Create and curate content tailored to various channels (e.g., Instagram, WhatsApp), integrating it into the social media calendar for seamless scheduling.
- Bring a creative flair to elevate our advertising, with a proactive approach to suggesting and experimenting with new ideas.
- Apply planning, scripting, and editing skills to ensure polished, engaging content.
- Graphic Design: Design brochures, flyers, and social media graphics that align with company and brand guidelines, enhancing our visual identity.
- Event Coverage: Capture launch events and open houses with dynamic content, including weekend and evening availability as needed.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with specific experience in the Middle East real estate sector.
- Clear, logical thinker with excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging, insightful contentboth data-driven and opinion-basedleveraging existing Middle East research materials.
- Adept at identifying, recommending, and adapting to new technologies and software relevant to the role.
- Proven experience in leading the development and execution of both internal and external communications strategies.
- Strong ability to work independently, with effective time management skills to handle workload efficiently.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and willingness to collaborate with colleagues and management.
- Deep understanding of internal stakeholder needs and alignment with the company's brand image, research content, products, and services.
- Outstanding organizational skills; comfortable with multitasking and managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining keen attention to detail.
- Language Skills:Fluent in English (written and verbal); fluency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
