Job Description
Estimate and prepare the bill of quantities for comprehensive photovoltaic, energy efficiency and electrical constructions, for residential business, commercial & industrial clients, etc.
Provide technical support and application design of photovoltaic, energy efficiency and electrical constructions, services & solutions, and support sales representatives in the field or meeting.
Conduct material takeoff from received drawings (pipe length, total no of equipment, routing options etc.)
Check design compatibility/ fitness of proposal for photovoltaic, energy efficiency and electrical constructions.
Preparing Technical submitting for projects designed and support if required in team member's technical submittal.
Prepare workshop drawing if needed from projects which have been awarded.
Sustain a positive teamwork environment when required.
Site surveys are conducted by the project/Engineering department but if attendance is required same must be guaranteed.
Contact vendor and manufacturer and follow up on requested quotes, designs and pricing options.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Energy Engineering.
Very good knowledge of Photovoltaic & Energy Efficiency Solutions.
Very good knowledge of using AutoCAD, Word & Excel, battery, and storage calculators, etc.
Excellent English communication IS A MUST.
Working knowledge of the design of Photovoltaic & Electrical Systems, to be able to do the workshop and as-built drawings.
Experience 3 to 6 years in the field with hands-on experience with manufacturers.
