Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physiotherapy Manager at Orthosports Medical Center in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Physiotherapy Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the physiotherapy department, managing a team of physiotherapists, developing treatment plans, and providing high-quality patient care. The role involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals, implementing best practices, and ensuring excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Extensive experience in physiotherapy
• Knowledge of orthopedic and sports medicine
• Excellent clinical assessment and treatment skills
• Ability to develop and implement treatment plans
• Knowledge of relevant physiotherapy techniques and modalities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team
• Current licensure or registration as a physiotherapist in the United Arab Emirates
• Experience in managing a team of physiotherapists
• Additional certifications or advanced training in specialized areas of physiotherapy
• Work closely with the marketing team to grow the physiotherapy department revenue and profitability.
