Pilates Trainer Pilates (Mat + Reformer) studio in Riyadh
We are looking to hire an efficient and highly skilled Pilates instructor. The trainer should ideally provide Pilates training services including mat and apparatus such as reformers, towers, and chairs. She should also aim to present clients and member with maximize workout efficiency, improved fitness level, increase stamina, and make them enjoy their fitness experience overall sense of well-being.
Responsibilities:
Develop safe, professional, and comprehensive Pilates training program to ensure clients are satisfied with their workouts and attain to their personal fitness goals
Monitor and instruct clients during Pilates training sessions on the safe and effective use the of equipment
Instruct both private and group Pilates classes
Promote and sell Pilates training programs and classes, establish a professional and trustful relationship with clients to create a sense of community
Remain current on certifications and new trends in the industry and maintain physical fitness
Educate members on current health and fitness issues and trends
Requirements:
Comprehensive 150 400 hours certification in Mat, Reformer, Chair, and Cadillac Pilates
2+ years experience teaching Pilates classes
Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology
Ability to train and lead safe and effective Pilates workouts for all levels
Experience working with clients with injuries or chronic conditions, pre and post-natal
CPR certified
Location: Riyadh, KSA
Reports to: Head Trainer
Subordinates of position: None
Contracted Hours: 40+
Shifts include early mornings and/or evenings and weekends.
Holiday availability and weekends required.
Must be flexible to stay late and accommodate changes in studio class times
Holiday Allowance: 21 days paid holiday per annum.
Salary & Outlook: Basic salary, housing, medical insurance, and 5% sales commission to be included after completion of 90 days probation period.
