Role Overview: The Pitch Proposal Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering compelling pitch proposals that win new business and enhance our agency's reputation. This role requires a blend of creative talent, strategic thinking, and exceptional project management skills. The successful candidate will work closely with the creative, production, and client services teams to create proposals that showcase our capabilities and meet clients needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proposal Development: Lead the development of innovative and engaging pitch proposals from concept to delivery, ensuring they align with the client's brief and our agency's capabilities.
• Creative Ideation: Collaborate with the creative team to generate unique ideas and concepts for events, translating them into compelling narratives and visual presentations.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough research to understand clients industries, competitive landscapes, and market trends to tailor proposals effectively.
• Client Engagement: Work closely with the client services team to understand client requirements, objectives, and preferences, ensuring proposals are tailored and client-centric.
• Project Management: Oversee the pitch process, coordinating with internal teams and managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality submissions.
• Presentation Delivery: Prepare and deliver persuasive pitch presentations to clients, articulating our vision and value proposition clearly and confidently.
• Feedback Integration: Incorporate client feedback and insights into proposal revisions, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to meeting client needs.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our pitch proposals and processes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within an events agency or a related industry.
• Creative Talent: Proven ability to generate and develop innovative ideas and concepts, with a strong portfolio of successful pitch proposals.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and present ideas confidently.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Team Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Technological Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a creative or design role within an events agency.
• Understanding of the events industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
