Key Responsibilities:
Demand Planning and Order Management:
- Receive and review sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of order requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the factory to initiate production schedules based on order specifications and customer demand.
- Monitor order progress and production timelines, proactively identifying any delays or issues that may impact delivery commitments.
Logistics Coordination and Shipping Management:
- Coordinate closely with logistics and shipping teams to plan for timely delivery of finished goods to customers.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with shipping regulations and customer requirements.
- Communicate shipment status and expected delivery dates to sales team and
- customers, maintaining transparency and managing expectations.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst, Logistics Coordinator or similar role
- Familiarity with supply chain processes (eg inventory planning, warehouse management)
- Working knowledge of MS Office, relational databases and ERP systems preferred (eg SAP)
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
