DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Can prepare and manage overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure using scheduling software.
Can develop project plans, schedules, accurate milestone reports and establishing resource loaded planning schedules.- Can develop and implement plan versus actual progress charts (S curves) as to reporting and analyzing deviations from plan.
Will doing Bi)/Weekly/Monthly reports generation including S curves for client & Management review.
- Can prepare and update Two weeks and Two months look-ahead schedule that reflect the priority of activities.
Can do Identification, monitoring & streamlining of critical paths running through the project schedule and individual contracts.- Can Prepare Project Control System to measure the project progress and prepare the earned Value analysis indices to identify the project schedule and cost status.
