Job Description
Duties
Provide scheduling support to assigned projects
Help to monitor and maintain project schedules
Participate in updating the master schedule and creativity reporting.
Assist Project Managers and Supervisors in developing and maintaining a project baseline schedule including resource planning and cash flow
Gather schedule information, update, analyze, and prepare reports of the project s progress
Prepare concise schedule narratives describing the status of assigned projects
Ensure compliance with company scheduling standard operating procedures
Maintain quality assurance and control on assigned project schedules
Estimating hours to be spent on the tasks
Ability to properly communicate in Writing
Analyzes schedules for proper use of program level standard codes, layouts and reports necessary to ensure data integrity
Perform Prebid Schedules
Ability to solve out of sequence
Monitoring and tracking project progress, and writing up reports.
Observing Technical Calls and meetings
Ability to work alone on a simple project
Reads drawings to determine if work is in or out of scope
Develop schedules around project WBS
Understand and incorporate logic into the schedule
Ability to understand at least the logic sequence of multiple types of projects
Participates in Training/Certifications
Review project documents and specifications to accurately develop project schedules which include all required dates, activities, and milestones.
Perform Critical Path analysis and Earned Value analysis

Ability to review and analyze schedules and changes to determine the impact on a project using CPM scheduling
Advanced proficiency in project scheduling software

Ability to communicate orally and written in English fluently

Education and Experience
Graduated from a Reputable University
Graduated from Faculty of Engineering
GPA is 3.0 or above
0-2 Years of experience
Resident in 6th of October City and surrounding area
