Planning Leader P6 - Rotating Equipment TA Nos1 Immediately
Job Function:
- To Lead/Guide a team of planners and schedulers who prepares for TA (Turnaround) execution works from TA contractor side.
- Main responsibilities include assignment/follow up of TA contractor scope to the planners unit wise to prepare/follow the Pre-TA, TA execution and post TA works.
- Guide the team of schedulers on TA execution activities schedule preparation and progress monitoring/reporting. Be a single focal person for all communication & updates relevant to planning/scheduling/monitoring/reporting tasks from contractor side to the company.
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering plus 8 -10 years experience in petrochemical/oil & gas industries maintenance/shutdown planning section.
- At least 5 year of GCC experience in similar capacity for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical turnaround for at least two projects of similar size.
- Knowledge and understanding of planning tools, techniques, philosophy and processes existing in an oil/gas or petrochemical industry.
- Must have Hands on experience in scheduling software such as Primavera latest version and other related project planning software. SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with good command of English. Leadership, motivation, analytical and problem solving skills.
