Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Planning Manager to oversee the planning and execution of various construction projects, particularly in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, a strong background in civil or architectural engineering, and a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Scheduling:

• Develop, maintain, and review detailed project schedules using Primavera and other project management software.
• Ensure all project activities are planned and executed in accordance with the project timeline and budget.

Team Management:

• Lead and manage a team of junior planners, providing guidance and support to ensure project milestones are met.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.

Program Management:

• Create, maintain, and review comprehensive programs of work.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.

Quality and Compliance:

• Ensure all projects comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and clients.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, changes, and any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar position, with significant experience in hotel construction projects.
• Technical Skills: Extensive experience with project management software, such as Primavera, and proficiency in other computer applications.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage large projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor junior planners.
