• Job Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Plumber cum Electrician Supervisor to join our team at Design Mart Contracting LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing both plumbing and electrical works on-site, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Key Responsibilities:

Supervision: Oversee and manage plumbing and electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work on-site.

• Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure seamless integration of plumbing and electrical systems.

Quality Control: Inspect and ensure the quality of work meets industry standards and project specifications.

Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to plumbing and electrical systems to avoid project delays.Work Scheduling: Plan and schedule daily tasks for plumbing and electrical teams to ensure timely completion of projects.

• Safety Compliance: Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and standards, enforcing safety protocols on-site.

Reporting: Prepare and submit daily reports on work progress, including any challenges encountered and solutions implemented.

Inventory Management: Manage materials and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels for both plumbing and electrical tasks.

• Qualifications:

Education: Diploma or certification in Plumbing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing and electrical work, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems, installation techniques, and safety standards.

• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Additional Requirements:

Certifications: Relevant certifications in plumbing and electrical work are preferred..

Availability: Must be available to work on-site in Dubai and be flexible with working hours as needed.
