Job Description

Job Summary: Applies developing business process and project management skills within the PMC business. Manages small portions of well-defined projects within the PMC & Service Department. Provides administrative and logistics support for a Service Team and Service Manager.

PMC Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of annual maintenance contracts. This role ensures that all maintenance activities are carried out efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. The coordinator will liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • College, university, or equivalent degree required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract management, maintenance coordination, customer service
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Arabic and English speaker

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a resource on projects and work assignments; employs basic knowledge of effective
  • project management and general business understanding.
  • Identifies, tracks, and works with others to resolve contracts issues.
  • Monitors and communicates PMC status to Service team.
  • Plan and schedule maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute maintenance tasks.
  • Oversee the administration of annual maintenance contracts, including renewals, amendments, and compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Assists with budget planning and tracking, research, and analytical support; provides input into the
  • design and development of execution plans and timelines.
  • Assists with managing project risk; uses quality tools to identify areas of risk.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, contracts, and communications. Prepare regular reports on contract performance and maintenance outcomes.
  • Documents and shares team learnings with other teams; draws on other experiences to enhance the
  • success of the project.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers. Negotiate terms and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
