Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled PMO Lead to join our Fintech Group, working closely alongside the CEO. This vital role involves providing leadership and support across a range of strategic initiatives as well as project management tasks within our group's cross-cultural and diverse business verticals, including Trading, Payments, and Fintech. The ideal candidate will have a strategic consulting background, exceptional project management skills, and experience with OKRs. This role is integral to driving efficiency, innovation, and growth within the organization while managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with the CEO to design, support and execute strategic initiatives and projects.
- Perform strategic analyses for market entry into new regions or countries, or entering new market segments, evaluating options, costs, and opportunities.
- Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the teams to enhance overall organizational performance.
- Provide strategic insights and support in developing business plans and long-term growth strategies.
- Manage and oversee the Project Management Office (PMO) across all business verticals, ensuring projects align with strategic goals. (remove for linkedin post)
- Implement and manage the OKR framework across the organization to ensure effective communication and execution of strategic priorities.
- Ensure successful project delivery by managing timelines, budgets, resources, and key stakeholder relationships.
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in strategic consulting, project management (responsible for people and budget), or related roles.
- Strong experience with implementing and managing OKRs within an organization & experience with project management and OKR software, such as monday.com, Jira, Asana, or similar tools.
- Extensive experience in financial services, fintech startups, or related industries is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and a strong analytical mindset, with experience or aptitude for Business Intelligence.
- Excellent skills in creating presentations using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar software to effectively convey strategic insights.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
