PMO Lead

• Responsible for building and maintaining a positive relationship with clients and vendors and works on growing our business with clients in collaboration with the account management team
• Builds and leads a small team of project managers, ensuring the successful delivery of all projects
• Manages his/her team's projects profitability and cashflow
• Acts as a project manager of owned projects
• Identifies, clearly communicates, and plans how to meet department/team goals and define and communicate team members roles
• Identifies training and development needs and coaches team members on achieving goals
• Recruits and selects high performers, develops talent, and recognizes performance

• Bachelor's degree of Computer Science or Engineering
• 8+ years of experience of which a minimum of 6 years is in Software Project Management
• Previous team leadership experience is required
