Job Description

The PMO reporting specialist will be responsible for preparing and creating the periodical reporting and dashboards in coordination with the project's teams, internal, and external stakeholders.

- Create, maintain, and continuously improve professional templates on MS word, excel, PowerPoint, In Design, Power BI, and any other software.

- Develop weekly, monthly and ad- hoc reporting and presentations.

- Coordinate internally with all team to collect information and inputs for periodic reports.

Requirements

- Must have previous experience working in construction/ Engineering/ PMC/ Design firm.

- Minimum five (5) years of experience.

- Must have deep experience working with graphic design software such as In Design, Adobe Photoshop, etc.

- Master proficiency in MS Office suite.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Must be Bilingual (Arabic + English).

- Strong design and layout skills with a keen eye for details.
