Madison Pearl is partnering with a renowned institution based in Abu Dhabi for a Policy Expert role. As a Policy Expert the position will act as an advisor to senior level stakeholders on public policy topics and supporting public policy consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform research and analysis utilizing diverse data sources to assess their effectiveness.
- Investigate global best practices, policies, regulations, and trends, and convert findings into actionable initiatives for Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
- Compare strategies, regulations, policies, and indicators to provide informed policy recommendations.
- Track and assess policy implementation and results, updating recommendations as necessary.
- Create reports and documents to clearly convey policy analysis and recommendations.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a leading university in the related field such as Business Administration, Economics, Public Policy, and International Affairs.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in advising senior management in policy.
- Strong research and data analysis skills (including familiarity with major databases and data analysis software).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
