Polyurethane Technician who should have the capability to understand Design drawings, Knowledge of chemicals involved in molding polyurethane and plan effectively to deliver polyurethane on time to meet target dates.
Key Responsibilities & Authorities
- Producing and repairing Polyurethane using different molds.
- Adequate knowledge of Auto Cad to draw templates
- Testing tools, dies, jigs or Molds to ensure proper operation.
- Setting up and operates various casting machines to cast polyurethane products
- Position, secure, measure, and work polyurethane stock or castings to lay out for machining
- Lay outs, shapes and assembles patterns of plastic and other materials from blueprints, models or templates
- Follow all the safety rules & regulations
- Monitor PU Chemical store Temperature on daily basis
- Keeps the PU Stock up to date
Skills/Experience:
- DAE in Chemical (Preferred) or other disciplines like Electronics/mechanical having related industry experience
- At least 3 years of experience in production environment
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
