As the founding Portal Manager, you will set up and spearhead the portal listings management effort at one of Driven's sister companies*, setting a high bar for listing quality and performance, and build a team of listing coordinators as the business grows.
You will be responsible for the entire listings workflow, driving visibility leadership and maximizing lead generation on the portals. Your role is crucial, requiring an analytical approach towards portal management by tracking key performance metrics to develop strategies that optimize listings performance and portal ROI.
Whether it's raising the listings content quality bar, optimizing allocation of credits, or implementing lead qualification, your work will be pivotal in generating leads and transactions for our clients - the top agents in the Dubai real estate market.

Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar role within the real estate industry is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain a large database of property listings
- Proficiency in computer systems and software, including MS Office and real estate databases
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
