Key Responsibilities:
Manage Listings:
Oversee the publishing process by reviewing and verifying all necessary documents, property details, and photos, ensuring that all live listings are accurate and compelling.
Review Pending Requests:
Process and manage pending requests from agents, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Verification Process Review:
Conduct thorough reviews of all listings to confirm compliance with established verification criteria.
Technical Issue Monitoring:
Actively monitor listings for any technical issues and promptly report these to portal support for timely resolution.
Agent Support:
Assist sales and listings agents with their requests and concerns related to portal functionalities and CRM operations, providing clear and timely communication.
Performance Tracking:
Track and evaluate the performance of agent profiles on the platform, ensuring adherence to established standards and criteria.
Daily Request Management:
Manage daily requests and updates from agents, providing timely responses and ongoing support as needed.
Stay Updated on Portal Features:
Keep informed about new updates and features on portals, ensuring our listings leverage these enhancements for improved visibility and performance.
