Role Overview
We are looking for a self-starting Portfolio Associate to join our Business Development team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate has the ability to autonomously grow our account management efforts with property owners. The role will provide a competitive compensation package.
Responsibilities
Account management
- Be the voice of property owners for the company (individual and institutional)
- Produce and distribute monthly financial statements for our property partners
- Enhance property partner relationships through exceptional communication and active account engagement skills
- Managing all new inbound property leads and collating all information so the business development team can make contact
- Prepare property contracts and coordinate with the internal stakeholders to get new deals over the line
Owner administration
- Assisting with the lease management for our existing leasehold property portfolio, the scope of this work would include lease administration, data management, contract management
- Property document tracking
- Tracking of critical dates and issuing notices
- Managing the lease renewal process by supporting the business development department
Here Is What You'll Need
- 2+ years in an account management/sales role
- The candidate must be fluent in Arabic
- Relevant market knowledge within the property industry
- Great attention to detail to ensure lease and contract terms have been carefully reviewed and agreed
