Overview:We are seeking an experienced
PortfolioCoordinator for our Real Estate division who will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our property portfolio. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in real estate, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with agents, owners, and other stakeholders.
· Oversee the entire real estate portfolio engaged by telemarketing & Sales Agents.
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and risks within the portfolio.
· Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall value of the portfolio.
· Lead the property qualifying process, ensuring that properties align with the company's standards and objectives.
· Collaborate with agents, sales coordinators, and other team members in the property qualifying process.
· Negotiate exclusivity and pricing with property owners.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
· Work closely with senior agents to understand their requirements for property listings.
· Collaborate with sales coordinators in the qualification of properties and aligning them with agent portfolios.
· Maintain effective communication with agents, sales coordinators, and property owners.
· Ensure that properties listed meet the highest standards in terms of presentation, pricing, and market relevance.
· Collaborate with listing coordinators to optimize the listing process.
- Advantages and Disadvantages Evaluation:
· Analyze and evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of assigning property qualifying to different roles (agents, telemarketing, sales coordinators).
· Propose and implement strategies to mitigate disadvantages and optimize the overall efficiency of the process.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, or a related field.
· Proven experience in real estate portfolio management.
· Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful property transactions.
· Previous experience as a
senior listing coordinator is highly desirable.
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, property values, and portfolio performance.
· Collaborative Attitude: A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
