This is a full-time on-site role for a Portuguese speaker Recruiter at Lestars Management Consultancy LLC in Dubai. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates, as well as conducting interviews and managing the hiring process. The role involves establishing relationships with candidates and collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet recruitment goals.

• Recruitment, Talent Sourcing, and Interviewing skills
• Knowledge of Portuguese language for candidate communication
• Experience in candidate assessment and selection process
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of local labor laws and recruitment practices in Dubai
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
