POS ( Point of sale )

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the POS team is adequately trained on the company's products and services.
• Set targets for the POS team and monitor their performance.
• Establish and maintain relationships with event organizers, decoration and gift makers, and outsourced ushers.
• Provide guidance and support to the POS team.
• Manage POS team schedules.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years experience in a similar position and field (Cosmeceutical)
• Good networking skills to effectively manage relationships with event organizers
• Knowledge of skin care sales to walking customers
• Ability to train the POS team to effectively present products to walking customers
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
