Position: Social Media Coordinator & Videographer
  • Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media channels, creating engaging content, and producing high-quality videos to promote our brand and services. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical skills in video production and social media management.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:


l Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase awareness, engagement, and traffic.

l Manage and oversee social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

l Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, videos, and graphics) across all platforms.

l Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.

l Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance, insights, and recommendations.

  • Content Creation:

l Develop creative concepts and storyboards for video content that aligns with the brand's messaging and objectives.

l Produce high-quality videos, including filming, editing, sound, and graphics.

l Capture and edit photos for use across social media and marketing materials.

l Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content is on-brand and aligns with overall marketing strategy.

l Go out for apartment shoots.

  • Brand Development

l Maintain a consistent voice and style across all social media channels.

l Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

l Engage with online communities and influencers to build relationships and enhance brand visibility.

  • Qualifications:*

Proven experience as a Social Media Executive, Videographer, or similar role.

Strong proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).

Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices.

Strong creative and storytelling skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, or a related field is preferred.

Additional qualifications and skills that would be beneficial for this role include excellent communication skills, creativity, attention to detail, ability to work under tight deadlines, and knowledge of real estate industry.

Pay: AED2,
  • 00 - AED4,000.00 per month
