Job Opportunity for Contracts Manager (EPC - Cogeneration Power Plant) in Abu Dhabi, UAE

Our client is one of the region's most prominent engineering, procurement and construction contracting companies. It is classified by the government as a category 1 contractor, the highest rating, and is certified for ISO 9001:2015. They undertake major Civil, Infrastructure and Power Projects which include Design, Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of Power Stations, Pumping Stations, Oil and Gas Pipelines, Refineries, Desalination Plants, Major Housing Projects, Commercial Buildings, as turnkey EPC Contractor, Prime Contractor and Major Sub-Contractor.
Project:EPC Project - Power Plant to Power 8 refineries
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Civil OR Mechanical Engineering
Master's Degree preferred
ADNOC experience is mandatory
20+ years of total experience in Contracts Management for EPC
10 years specifically in EPC for Oil & Gas/Power Generation/Water Treatment/ Cogeneration projects.
Expert in working with ADNOC in Oil & Gas, Power Generation/Water Treatment sectors
Technical and practical knowledge of all phases of prime contract and subcontract development, award, administration and close-out especially relating to Multi-Discipline Power Construction Projects
Formal qualifications/affiliations to RICS, IQS, MICES or MCIOB preferred
Strong working knowledge of administering FIDIC or ICE and other similar contract formulation standards
Proven track record with recognized international standard companies, particularly in Middle East operations and projects
Managerial/Supervision level experience in the field of quantity survey and contract administration
Minimum 15 to 20 years of experience in quantity survey functions for EPC contracting industry operation
Expertise in Oil and Gas, and Power /Water Projects.
Good Command in English.
