We are urgently seeking for a PR Manager to join our Dining Division. As the PR Manager for the Dining Division, you will drive media and public relations efforts for Sunset's dining brands, enhancing brand visibility and supporting business objectives. This role requires a creative, strategic thinker with strong relationships across media channels and a deep understanding of the dining and hospitality landscape in the UAE and beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies for dining brands to enhance brand positioning and increase media coverage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media, influencers, and journalists in the dining, lifestyle, and hospitality sectors.
- Draft press releases, media kits, and briefing documents to support product launches, events, and partnerships.
- Plan and manage PR aspects of events, openings, and other high-profile brand initiatives, including media invitations, guest lists, and on-site media support.
- Drive brand narrative and key messages across media platforms, ensuring consistent tone and alignment with brand values.
- Support crisis communication strategies to manage potential risks and protect the reputation of dining brands.
- Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and content creators to amplify the brand reach and track and report on PR metrics, providing insights and recommendations to enhance PR effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
Ideal candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, PR, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of PR experience, preferably within the hospitality, dining, or lifestyle sectors, good experience in PR Agency looking for in-house role will be highly preferred
- Strong media contacts within the UAE and international dining/hospitality industry.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with experience crafting compelling brand stories.
- Proven track record in managing PR campaigns, including experience with event management and influencer relations.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and deliver innovative PR solutions.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of hospitality trends and an appreciation for culinary culture.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to work.
- Experience with social media and digital platforms to complement traditional PR efforts.
