Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Pre sales Assistant - Pricing at Smart for Engineering - Electrical Services. This role is located in 6 October City. The Electrical Technical Office - Pricing will be responsible for conducting electrical of Electrical equipment.

• Insert quotation information in quotation follows up sheet & project board.
• Collect the required documents for the quotation from the customer.
• Preparing quotation.
• Take a confirmation on pricing level & costing sheet from section head.
• Take a confirmation for the quotation from top management.
• Send quotation & follow up the customer to take approval.
• Modify quotation ( if required ) and take a confirmation on the required discount.
• Receive PO and send with all received data to the technical office manager.
• Create a project folder and insert all received data.
• Fill reports with final received measurements.
• Review, print, stamp and finishing all reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree of any related field.
• Experience in pricing L.V & M.V Electrical Equipment is preferable.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent in excel and data entry
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Relevant certifications or licenses

Working Conditions:

Working Hours: 9:00 5:30

Days off: Fri and Sat, only one sat per month

Social and Medical insurance are provided

Location: 6 October city
