Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is for a Presales Engineer. The Presales Engineer will assist clients by offering technology recommendations and advice, coordinate with various sales personnel, and identify client needs. You will discuss how the products can help clients achieve their business goals, answer any product inquiries, and build positive relationships with clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing technical support, managing integrations, and ensuring that security measures are in place.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong technical support and integration skills.
• Expertise in presales and sales activities.
• Knowledge of security measures.
