Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a pre-sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.

  • Engage with clients through presentations, demonstrations, and discussions to showcase product capabilities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Work closely with the product development team to understand product roadmaps and capabilities.
  • Develop customized solutions and product demonstrations to meet client requirements.
  • Create compelling and tailored proposals in response to client requests.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with overall messaging.
  • Provide support to the sales team during the proposal and negotiation phases.
  • Address technical queries and concerns raised by clients.
  • Gather feedback from clients and sales teams to continually improve pre-sales processes.
  • Provide insights to the product development team for product enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field.
  • +4 years experience in pre-sales or a related technical role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Technical proficiency with relevant software and technology.
