Job purpose:
Develop a technical proposal by analyzing the demands of both existing and potential clients in order to meet ACT's sales goals.
examine the current IT infrastructure of the client and pinpoint specific needs and IT challenges; offer highly technical solutions; find possible vendors; ensure that the solutions are compatible with current systems; and maximize value. Convert the information into technical proposals that make use of the newest technologies, enabling clients to accomplish their goals and perfectly aligning with ACT business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Give a technological orientation presentation to the clients, outlining potential solutions.
- Educate clients about new industry trends by organizing awareness sessions.
- Assess client demands in order to suggest enhancements to the network and security architecture.
- Create technical solutions using the Technical Proposal, BOQ, BOM, Visio, and SOW that satisfy client needs and take advantage of emerging technologies.
- To improve our winning scenario, carry out a competitive study and work with the sales team to coordinate it.
- Work together to create and oversee the sales pipeline with the sales team.
- Complete the vendor certifications that are required for membership renewals.
- Organize technical, pricing, and winning scenario coordination with vendor providers.

Qualifications
- 5-7 years of combined pre-sales and post-sales experience
- Minimum of 35 years in a Network and Security Pre-Sales role
- In-depth technical background and skills in SDN networking, wireless, SD-WAN, network performance management, collaboration, and cybersecurity
- Proven expertise through professional or expert-level certifications from networking (Cisco and HPE-Aruba) and cybersecurity vendors
- Excellent pre-sales technical skills.
