MAIN FOCUS/ PURPOSE OF ROLE:

Vacancy is to be the Digital Principal in HCLTech's Digital Business Unit in the Middle East region. The candidate must have strong know-how of digital technologies, legacy modernization, cloud adoption, Data Engineering, AI/ML/GenAI and further evolving of next generation technologies. The candidate should also have Finance industry domain expertise.

The role is based out of Riyadh and we will need the candidate to travel to various locations within the Middle East region. The role will be to consult clients in areas of next generation digital technologies and will require candidate to draw up solutions for customer's requirements. This will also require the candidate to work with HCLTech's solution and partner ecosystem to ensure solution covers an end-to-end value proposition.

Candidate must have strong leadership and interpersonal skills to work as productive team member, with experience in similar streams in their previous roles and should have been based out of the Middle East for the last 4 to 6 years. Candidate must be well connected with the local ecosystem customers, product partners and vendors. Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage. Candidates must have the ability to grow as a trusted advisor to clients in their need for digital transformation and should be able to build mutually beneficial long-lasting relationship with assigned strategic customers.

Main Priorities:

Overall Experience: 10-15 Years with the last 4 to 6 years based out of the Middle East region

Prior Experience in 1 or more of the roles: Technical Sales, Pre-Sales, Consulting, Solution Architecture

Technical Depth in the following domains: Cloud, Data Engineering, AI/ML/GenAI

Industry Depth in the following industry: Finance

Language Requirements: Excellent Written and Spoken English. Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage

Soft Skills: Must have excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and willingness to work with diversified and distributed teams

Solutioning Skills: Provide technical leadership for designing and architecting digital solutions

Other Requirements:

Candidate will have to run presentations and workshop to senior client executives

The candidate should have a local network of customers and partners with a track-record of consulting end-to-end Digital services

Understand the company's Digital Business portfolio, services, and products available in the sector and help build regional flavor of those

Interact with customers and evangelize digital solutions and portfolio

Develop a good understanding of the market segments and update knowledge periodically on market indicators, IT Spend, outsourcing trends, top customers, opportunities available etc.

Develop a good understanding of competition to be able to create a differentiator for HCLTech offerings / pricing

Participate in training programs and refresh knowledge on digital technology solutions while remaining abreast with the trends & new propositions of the market

Display internal accountability/contribution to HCLTech by writing case studies, conducting trainings, sharing knowledge through the various portals, best practices forums etc.
