Job Description: Pricing Executive
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Accounts:
- Functioned as team lead for key customer shipments and initiatives.
- Provide end-to-end service from pricing to invoicing for Sea, Air, Land, warehousing, and value-added services for Key customer's shipments.
Pricing:
- Receiving sales enquiries, securing competitive quotes, and submitting it to client.
- Demonstrated effective communication skills to successfully negotiate and close deals.
- Procuring monthly validated rates from carriers.
- Negotiating rates with carrier, co-loaders and agent for volume moves and project enquiries.
- Filing rates with carriers for commodity-based volumes, also for named accounts to secure the business.
Customer Service:
- Applied customer-centric approach to understand customer needs and concerns and develop creative solutions.
- Handled customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Providing solutions for clients including all 3 PL requirements.
- Identifying areas for process improvement and developing actionable plans for implementing them.
- Qualification and skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of three years of sales experience in the freight forwarding industry, with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding processes, including air, ocean, and land transportation modes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in sales and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
