GEMS Royal Dubai School is a vibrant, Premium British School (currently FS1 Year 7), expanding to Year 8 in September 2025 and growing annually to Year 13. We are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to join us as a Primary Classroom teacher starting
January 2025.

Job Purpose:
To teach across the Primary Phase enabling an outstanding, holistic, and dynamic experience for our students which lead to exceptionally high outcomes.
Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- To have a Degree/PGCE in Education with QTS
- Be committed to the pursuit of excellence for all
- Demonstrate very strong subject knowledge across either the Early Years Foundation Stage or the National Curriculum for England in the Primary Phase
- Deliver consistently outstanding teaching and learning experiences; collaborating and sharing best practice.
- Use student data to optimise progress and personalise learning
- Have a High Performance Mindset, being reflective and solution focused at all times
- Be creative and enthusiastic in approach to teaching
- Be committed to the safeguarding of, and the personal and social development of students
- Work effectively with colleagues, students and parents using excellent interpersonal skills
- Have aspiration to work in a World-Class school with real prospects for career enhancement
- Make a positive contribution to our school community and culture through active engagement in our extra-curricular programme and community based events
- Actively pursue your own professional development as a teacher.
Skills
- To have a Degree/PGCE in Education with QTS
- Proven qualified experience teaching education using the National Curriculum for England
- Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students, staff and parents
