Requirements
- Participates in and influences the quality strategy and planning
- Investigates introduces, advises and educates other team members on tools, technologies, methodologies and industry best practices
- Works on presales activities to identify the client's needs and consult on the right solution
- Provides technical advice to project managers and gives technical direction to team members
- Mentors and coaches senior quality engineers across several projects in test planning, design and execution
- Participates in the coaching and learning of the whole quality department
- Represents Sumerge as an external spokesperson and networks with people outside Sumerge in related fields
- Performs process/automation solution demos and supervises UATs
- Determines approaches to improving the quality, performance and integrity of the software
- Assists the client and provides guidance when issues, challenges or problematic situations arise
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering
- 12+ years of relevant experience
