A Prestigious Top Tier Global Management Consulting firm is seeking dynamic Principals for their Private Equity practice to successfully meet the market's demand for deep expertise and advanced technical capabilities. As a key member, you will be responsible for leading high-impact projects across various major entities, sovereign wealth funds, family offices and high profile industry leaders.
You will work on some of the most important projects with a special emphasis on clients based in the Middle East.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering both formal and informal presentations, both internally and externally
- Producing clear, persuasive, and concisely written presentations
- Planning and managing the delivery of quality work by leading teams in an autonomous strategic consulting environment and being seen as a strong team player with excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Directing the quantitative analysis, assessing the depth required for each assignment, translating the analysis into useful findings, and quality-assuring the results
- Building productive and lasting client relationships at all levels
- 75% travel to client locations across the GCC
Ideal Candidate Profile/Qualifications:
- Strategy experience currently at Principal level with a Top Tier Consulting Firm in their Private Equity team
- Consulting experience with Private Equity clients is a must-have with renowned Management Consulting Firms (with a Tier 1/Tier 2 firm)
- Projects done with Middle East clients is a significant plus
- Arabic Speaker (a huge plus)
Education:
- MBA or Master's degree from a top-tier institute with a strong academic record
- Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university
Professional Skills & Other Attributes:
- Client service orientation, including commercial capabilities
- Proven track record of interacting and managing senior stakeholders
- Ability to synthesize the impact of policy and drive to the so what for business
- Excellent track record of project/team leadership and related achievements
- Ability to drive output through client presentations
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Intercultural competence and experience of working in more than one country and/or multi-cultural teams would be a strong plus
