Private Equity Associate

Hays are currently working with a Tier 1 Local Investment Firm in Riyadh and they are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Private Equity Associate . As an Associate, you will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities across various industries.

Responsibilities will include in-depth analysis and DD on investment opportunities, building financial models to evaluate potential returns and risks, supporting with all aspects of the deal process, monitoring and tracking performance of portfolio companies and providing strategic guidance and staying up to date with market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments to identify new investment opportunities.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of PE experience in Saudi Arabia
• Bachelors in Finance
• MBA or CFA highly desirable
• Must have CME-5 - or willing to obtain this certificate
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
