Responsibilities:
Financial Modelling: Build, maintain, and enhance complex financial models to support investment decision-making and forecasting.
Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential investments, including market research, competitive analysis, and financial statement review.
Deal Execution: Assist in all aspects of deal execution, including structuring, negotiation, and closing activities, in collaboration with legal, financial, and advisory teams.
Portfolio Management: Support in the monitoring and management of portfolio companies, including performance analysis and the preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, economic factors, and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree or CFA is a plus.
3-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance, with a strong focus on valuations and financial modeling.
Proficiency in advanced Excel for financial modeling and valuation purposes.
Solid understanding of private equity deal structures, due diligence processes, and transaction documentation.
