• Job Title: Public Relations Officer (PRO) with Real Estate Experience

• Location: Dubai, UAE

• Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) with a background in real estate to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage public relations activities, ensure compliance with government regulations, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

• Key Responsibilities:

Government Liaison: Manage visa processing, labor cards, trade licenses, and other government-related documentation; ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.

Public Relations: Develop and implement PR strategies, manage media relations, and coordinate events and promotions.Client Relations: Act as a liaison with clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues; build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records, ensure timely renewal of licenses and permits, and submit required reports.

Communication: Prepare internal and external communications, handle crisis communication, and collaborate with the marketing team.

• Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of PRO experience, preferably in real estate.

• In-depth knowledge of RERA, DRDA, DLD , UAE labor laws and government regulations.

Valid UAE driver's license.
