Job Description
Undertake full evaluation of the Control systems including separation units across ALS Fields facilities.
The assessment will include full analysis of the following elements:
Separation units Control Scheme and operation of the inlet separators, oil-water separators and crude stabilization.
Waste heat recovery, heat medium system controls and crude oil heaters.
Produced Water Controls.
Compression system s controls, including cooling systems.
Main objective of the study is to overcome challenges due to unstable control such as capacity constraints and control valves wear.
To review, progress and provide offshore support in tunning the control systems including the requirement for Production Improvement-Process presence.
Desired Candidate Profile
