Job Description:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans for the Focus Improvement Department, setting performance indicators that align with My Clinic's operational and growth objectives.
- Process Optimization: Design and implement data-driven process improvements, utilizing methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to streamline operations and improve service quality.
- Digital Integration: Leverage digital tools to automate patient experience feedback collection, complaint management, and non-clinical processes, reducing manual workload and improving responsiveness.
- Change Management: Lead change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes, managing stakeholder engagement and addressing potential resistance.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize advanced data analytics and visualization tools to assess current performance, identify bottlenecks, and measure the success of implemented improvements.
Key Deliverables:

Education / Professional Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 10-13 years in a process improvement or operations role, preferably within healthcare.
- Certifications: PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or other relevant certifications.
- Skills: Advanced data analysis proficiency (e.g., Minitab, Tableau), excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence
